The brief
Focused small-group lessons and individual support. Compare subjects, session formats and sample prices before asking about availability.
Open interactive previewWhat was built
- Editable catalogue entries, categories and practical details in wp-admin.
- A custom PHP theme, responsive layouts and category filters.
- A validated enquiry endpoint that saves private requests in WordPress.
- Admin enquiry status, nonce checks, capability checks and a basic spam limit.
What to try
Filter the catalogue, select an item and fill in a sample enquiry. In the WordPress installation, edit a catalogue item, submit a sample request and find it in the private admin inbox.
Project notes
The online preview is HTML/CSS/JavaScript generated from the same design. It does not run WordPress. Its local enquiry inbox saves sample submissions in this browser, with status updates and deletion; nothing is sent to a business. Install the supplied theme and plugin in Local to review the WordPress workflow.
This is a personal project, built around an example business brief.
Project files
In Local, use a separate WordPress site for this business. Upload and activate the theme and plugin, then open Settings / Demo content to load the catalogue. Proposed address: northstar.mylocalrig.com.
